To be honest I thought lDebug is already in the repository. I remember that ECM mentioned it on the (now-defunct) SvarDOS mailing list a year or so ago. BTTR had some comments about it, and I half assumed he'd push it into the repo after clearing the package. Didn't happen for some reason (probably my fault).
You are of course very welcome to add it (as well as any other package you judge worth of being included). No need to be shy. ;-)

Just a FYI - there are logs about the processing of packages from the repo here:

There is one about LDEBUG. The version string says "release 6" and my version processing routine does not know how to parse it.
I would suggest replacing the version string with just "6". This would allow for reliable detection of upgraded versions (pkgnet checkup).
