garbled 'ver' - message

Not a big issue, just funny: 'ver' prints a garbled message in the "DR-DOS Kernel Version" line ;-) (newest Kernel + SvarCom) see screenshot at: https://ibb.co/r732FVk

Thanks for reporting! We fixed this already in the trunk version of SvarCOM. It will be released as SvarCOM 2025.0 shortly! Bernd
Wow, Bernd, you're faster than I can reload this page :-) Just downloaded SvarCOM 2025.0. A question about SvarCom docu: In "SVARCOM.TXT" it reads: "Translation strings are stored in the file SVARCOM.LNG, which should be placed in a directory pointed at by %DOSDIR% ..." But in the "INSTALLATION" part of the same text, later on, it says: "To enable SvarCOM using them it is necessary to define an NLSPATH environment variable that would point to a directory and copy the SVARCOM.LNG file there." After a short test I think the first statement is true (?). Frank
Thanks Frank, the first statement is indeed correct. I think this changed over the lifetime of SvarCOM. I will update the text accordingly.

True, the location of the LNG files changed at some point to %DOSDIR%. This to avoid extra subdirectories in the DOS directory and to get rid of the %NLSPATH% environment variable eventually. Mateusz
Thanks for clarifying. I agree, this makes sense.
